  • 20 MIN FULL BODY SLIDER

    Equipment needed: sliders, light weights.

    This 20 min full body slider workout is meant to be challenge your entire body in a super efficient series. Using light weights and sliders, you'll tone and sculpt your arms, shoulders, butt, legs, abs, and obliques.

  • 20 MIN BUTT + LEGS WITH BAND

    Equipment needed: resistance band (medium or heavy).

    This 20 minute workout is completely focused on burning out the lower body with a heavy focus on butt and inner and outer thighs. This sequence is all low-impact, but you can definitely expect to break a sweat!
