Equipment needed: light weights (optional).
If you're looking to get your heart rate up, sweat, work your whole body and have FUN - this one is for you! No planks involved but definitely a lot of core work involved. There is a little bit of jumping which can be modified, otherwise it's mostly low impact. We use light weights, but you can totally go without them and it will still be a challenge! This one is a challenge for sure but so much fun - can't wait to see what you think in the comments!
