This workout was LIVE on PopSugarFitness instagram and is a super fun, sweaty 30 minute full body workout! You'll start with a warmup, move into abs on the mat, then a unique lower body sequence, and right into sliders. There's a simple but super effective slider lunge / pike sequence and then a slider plank series that will get your obliques fired up! We can't wait for you to try this one!
