  • 15 MIN SLIDER LEGS + ARMS

    Equipment needed: sliders, light weights.

    This 15 min quick workout is low impact, but you'll definitely break a real sweat! You'll start with some slider choreography focusing on your butt, legs, and arms and finish with a cardio arms series.

  • 10 MIN ARMS WITH WEIGHTS

    Equipment needed: light weights.

    This 10 minute arm workout will tone your entire upper body to the beat of the music and it's so much FUN. All you need is a set of weights, let's do this!
