30 MINUTES FOR YOU
Huge shifts come from small and consistent changes, and it all starts with YOU! We challenge YOU to take 30 minutes for yourself, every day (with a day off of course!) for one month. Each day will focus on one of three pillars: choreography, strength, and cardio. You'll challenge your muscle memory in our Full Out Express classes, your strength and flexibility in our Slow Burns, and your drive and speed in our Cardio Focused classes. You will get a BRAND NEW FULL OUT EXPRESS at the start of the week to tackle, and we'll balance it with our other formats for a well rounded schedule. By taking 30 minutes a day for YOU, we hope you begin to see and feel real results from the inside out!
