Equipment needed: sliders, medium weights, light weights, resistance band (medium or heavy).
This Full Out will WORK your entire body, but definitely expect a heavy upper body burn! There may or may not be a surprise second cardio song and it's punk rock for a change (don't worry, we know you're gonna LOVE it)! This one is sure to make you sweat hard and of course, get lost in the music along the way. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out class was live on 10.15.2020.

This is a quick 5 minute arm series to get your heart rate up and tone your upper body! Think lots of punches and faster paced combinations that pack the energy - all to the beat of motivating music driving you the entire way!
