This Full Out features a ton of oblique work, glute work (so many clamshells) and LOTS of strength work for the upper body! The slider series is all about balance and strength on this one, really working the back body, core, and legs. This a pretty advanced Full Out but there are options for everyone - the moves and the energy are electric as Syd's hot pink oufit! Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This class was live on 8.6.2020.
