This Full Out packs SO much goodness it was hard to come up with a name! You'll start with a dancey fun warm-up that will get you moving and feeling good. The leg series features a flip and kick that's so fun you'll have no choice but to smile through the burn! The DREAM cardio series is one for the books and the slider section focuses on balance and strength as you kick and pike your way to feeling your best.
