This FULL OUT starts off with a bang with a high energy intro into a serious plank challenge, all to the tune of SHM. The weighted abs series really works the arms and abs and the banded clamshell series requires just as much focus as it does strength (we love). The cardio arms took us back to our old punk rock days and the banded slider abs series packs a MAJOR punch with all of the pushups. We can't wait to hear your favorite part in the comments!
