This FULL OUT was immediately requested to make a come back at some point - that's how good it was! From the fun and fast paced plank challenge to the simple but KILLER abs on the mat, to the super fun booty series to Rihanna and Selena Gomez, and of course the Harder to Breathe (quite literally) cardio section, this class made you want to work hard because it's FUN. Sliders were very challenging and required a ton of focus and yeah....we brought back donkey kicks to the finale.
