This Full Out takes you to Miami with some spicy choreo to go with the playlist! The squad kicked ass with burpee donkey kicks from Miami to Ibiza and the banded booty with an added slider was a burner for sure. Slider abs with a band will make you feel like you're on a reformer - think slow, strong, and awesome. We definitely recommend doing each Full Out a few times to really master the choreo.
