This Full Out was all about GOOD VIBES ONLY! Lots of throwbacks including Britney and one of Syd's all-time favorite 90's jams, plus a deep house slider series that will make your body shake. There is a heavy focus on upper body this week - so be prepared for your arms to be on fire (in a good way). Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out class was live on 11.8.2020.
