This Full Out starts with a dance inspired warm up and then we hit a plank challenge that will have you DRIPPING right from the get go! This class is full of fun throwbacks like the Brit arms moment and Tay sliders. The slider lunge series is fully standing and will burn out your arms and legs, and then the slider core series is allllll about the oblique burn with leg circles and twisted pikes. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out choreo was from the week of 2.19.21.
