When this week ended, the squad was already requesting a comeback soon! This FULL OUT starts off with a bang with the dance inspired warm up and plank series. The booty series was so much fun (and we were sore for days) and the double cardio moment with squat jacks and boy band weight lifting was a bop. Sliders was a full on rave, and slider abs will make your obliques burn for days. Let us know what you think of this one in the comments! We recommend doing it a full time to master the moves.
