This Full Out was instantly a fan favorite with the squad and we know you're going to love the challenge! The cardio/arms series to Dirrty will have you singing and sweating the entire time, the sliders with the resistance band and weights will have you burning, and the last song is so much fun and brings the energy you need to feel Alive! Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out class was live on 1.7.2021.
