This Full Out is one of the sweatiest one's ever. The music is all feel-good disco house and the resistance band is used starting right from the warm up and throughout a lot of the class to pack an extra booty burn in. The cardio series is truly a full body push you'll have a blast doing and the slider sequences are super unique switching from side to side on the slider lunges and using the band during abs/arms sliders. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out choreo was from 12.4.2020.
