Equipment needed: medium weights, light weights, resistance band, sliders.
This was SUCH a fun (and hard) week but the singing the entire time makes up for the few (ok more than a few) squats we did. Abs on the mat with a resistance band was a total mental and physical challenge, the Umbrella cardio moment was a bop, slider abs was incredible difficult, and the last song was a full on dance party! Can't wait to hear what you think in the comments. This FULL OUT was previously live on 2.2. We definitely recommend doing it a few times to master the routine!
