This Full Out was a big hit among the squad - especially the "around the world" sliders with band section! The arms / cardio section to "I Think I'm In Love" was so fun you'll forget you're even working out. The booty series with the resistance band is challenging but you'll feel it in all the right places, and the last song is another throwback you'll have so much fun moving and grooving to. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out choreo was from 12.13.2020.
