It's the remix! We introduced so many new moves in Kick Ass Miami Vibes, that we wanted to level up with a REMIX to expand even further. Each sequence goes one (or four) steps further to make the choreo even more challenging in every way - mentally and physically. This was a huge success in our live classes because it gave everyone the chance to practice and go further with their strength! We can't wait to hear how you progress through this one, especially as you repeat it. We recommend doing each Full Out 3 times at minimum to mater the choreo.
