This Full Out class was SUCH a big hit among the squad! The warmup really gets the obliques warmed up and you'll continue to feel them through the entire workout. This workout is filled with lots of spicy combos like the clamshell banded series and the slider section with a balance and renegade rows . It's also got super fun cardio moments like the punching arms and last song dance party. This a pretty advanced Full Out but there are options for everyone and Syd of course breaks it down move by move. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This class was previously live on 2.5.2021.
