This Full Out was our first time shuffling to take it to the finish line which was so much fun (don't worry, no experience required). The cardio/arms series to your favorite boy band track will have you grinning and sweating and the slider series is all about the back body and feels so good! The slider arms and abs to a brand new song is one of the biggest challenges during this class - are you up for it? Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out class was live on 1.21.2021.
