This FULL OUT was challenging in the best way and had us sweating head to toe. The Britney plank had us in the zone right from the get go and the double booty on the mat series had some sneaky cardio that we all appreciated. The BSB cardio arms series was a ton of fun and the Love Tonight slider ab series with pushups and a tricep challenge was a fan favorite. We can't wait to hear what you think in the comments!
