This Full Out class features a super challenging cardio plank series, clamshells with a resistance band, a super fun cardio "tricep salsa" party, and a slider series that will leave your obliques and butt sore for days. This a pretty advanced Full Out but there are options for everyone and Syd of course breaks it down move by move. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This class was live on 8.13.2020.
