This strength focused full body workout was so much fun and definitely packs a challenge! You'll focus on functional moves like squats, pushups, lunges, etc and work the entire body. It's all low impact and the choreography is slow and builds as you go. Syd and Zach were definitely feeling the burn on this one - can't wait to hear what you think in the comments!
