This Full Out class features a super fun warmup, a unique resistance band lower body sequence using sliders, and legs and abs slider series that will have your muscles burning while you're feeling all of the deep house vibes! This a pretty advanced Full Out but there are options for everyone and Syd of course breaks it down move by move. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This class was previously live on 8.27.2020.
