Welcome to the SydSquad! Here is a quick guide to everything you need to know in order to get started. You'll find a list of all of the equipment you need, a 28 Day Challenge to keep your accountable and drive results, as well as more info about the app! The 28 Day Challenge includes a full monthly calendar which you can download, share, and print with all of the workouts listed day by day. It also includes weekly calendar graphics which you can download and share on social media to stay engaged with the rest of the squad!
