Welcome to your LOW IMPACT focused Full Body class! This is a full body workout designed to sculpt your entire body through all low-impact movements. Although most of our workouts are low-impact, this one specifically has no jumping and all zero-impact exercises. Don't be mistaken - you will definitely break a real sweat on this one especially during the cardio arms section and the last song!

This 15 minutes is all about the oblique burn! You'll start on the mat and then move into some slider sequences working the core but specifically targeting the oblique muscles.

This 15 minute sequence is completely low-impact and all focused on the abs and the back body. You'll start with abs on the mat and then move onto the stomach and target the back body. Bonus: you'll watch the sunset over Miami :)

This 30-minute workout is low-impact, but will have your heart pumping! Sculpt your entire body and feel the burn with Sydney in this cardio-heavy workout.
