Welcome to HOUSEWORK 101! We wanted to create a version of our FULL OUT 50 minute class that was specifically catered to newer people or anyone who wants to spend more time working on form and learning choreo. This class has the challenge that you love from our FULL OUTS, but with a little bit more time spent on learning the moves and executing them with proper form. We go over some of the basics more in depth and anyone will walk away from this class feeling like their form got a face lift! We can't wait to hear what you think of this one!
