Equipment needed: resistance bands (light and med/heavy), light weights, medium weights, sliders.
We took the party outside to enjoy the sunset and as always, a super sweaty workout! This Full Out starts with a warm up using the band and then continues into a back body band routine before moving on to Sydney's Workout Plan for abs. You're core will be on fire during the abs/arms slider scorcher and don't worry, the band comes back for slider lunges - oh yes! We finish it all off with a shuffle party that will have you smiling, potentially laughing, but having the best time. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This class was previously live on 1.27.2021.
