This Full Out really brought out all the stops with new moves, a super fun playlist, and even a double cardio section. The squad was obsessed with our banded slider series which really heats things up on the chorus pushes, and of course the Overnight Celebrity slider abs series. Lots jam packed into this one, so as always, we recommend doing each Full Out a few times to master the moves and feel confident. This Full Out was previously live 10.11.22.

15 MIN FULL BODY WITH BAND

Just using a band, this 15 minute workout works every muscle and is SO much fun! It's all low impact and really creatively works the entire body effectively and of course, to a super fun playlist. Let us know what you think of this one!
