This Full Out had so many of our favorite moments all in one class! From the warm up which was a squad favorite, to the deep house rave slider moment, a very trancey slider abs series, and of course the last song dance party to Alive, this one packs it all in! We highly recommend doing each Full Out a few times to master the moves and feel confident doing them. This Full Out was previously live 5.18.22.
