This FULL OUT was extremely sweaty, challenging, and yet the squad became instantly obsessed with every single routine because it's SO FUN. The plank was a fan fav with some major Miami flavor featuring a fancy salsa and tango footwork. The banded booty on the mat was a love hate relationship for everyone - maaajor burnout. The cardio moment was fast and furious but so much fun, and the slider series included some sneaky booty on the mat for an extra challenge. We cannot wait to hear what you think of this super advanced FULL OUT! We highly recommend repeating each FULL OUT three times to master the routines before moving on.
