This Full Out was one of the sweatier routines we've ever head at HOUSEWORK. The abs section packs a major burn, the clamshell series with a band will have your outer glutes on fire, and the cardio/arms section will have you smiling from AM to PM! The sliders section is all about the back body and booty and you may have to stop and dry off your floor during it because the sweat is reaaaaal. Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This Full Out class was live on 1.17.2021.
