This Full Out has so much going on we could hardly decide on a title! The banded intro into a super intense plank challenge starts us off with a bang. The mat abs series requires a ton of mind body coordination and really activates your entire core. The squad LOVED this booty on the mat series really targeting inner and outer thighs. The Sweetness punches got our heart rates up HIGH and then going straight into banded lunges was a vibe. The slider abs were VERY challenging in the best way - and the last song was a party. We KNOW you're going to freak over this one! We highly recommend doing each Full Out 3 times minimum to really master the choreo. This Full Out was previously live 7.15.21.
