This week was such a challenge! From warming up to Unholy, to the plank challenge intervals, right into the fast paced cardio packed booty series - this class gets your heart pumping right from the get go. The slider series is super meditative and vibey which we loved, and we finished with a game of Sydney Says, kinda like Simon Says, but with a HOUSEWORK twist!
