This Full Out class was truly one of the sweatiest classes ever taught. Some highlights: tango blanks, resistance band booty and pushups on the mat, slider kickstands (oh my), and a slider ab series that burns so good with slider circles that make you wanna! Full Out classes are meant to be done 3 times at minimum to really master the choreography and take your strength and endurance to the next level. This class was previously live on 2.10.2021.
