Basics does NOT mean easy - and if you think it does, try this workout. These slider routines are basic moves strung together in a way to focus on form and have you REALLY feel the burn! If you don't have weights you can modify without them- but this routine will work your entire body no matter what. It's all low impact and you will definitely get your sweat on.
