Welcome to your BUTT + LEGS focused Full Body class! This is a full body workout but it is mostly focused on your lower body - think lots of butt, inner / outer thighs, and hamstrings. This is an entirely low-impact class except for the last song there is a little jump but you can totally modify if you'd like! You will definitely feel the lower body focus on this one and still get your heart rate up and a real sweat on!
