HOLY BAND! This 30 min workout is all about low impact exercises using the band to work all angles of the body and really feel the burn. It's truly full body, has a ton of sneaky cardio moments packed in, and will ultimately shift your mood and leave you feeling stronger! The miami views don't hurt either ;) This is also a great workout to take with you anywhere as you are only using the resistance band. Let us know what you think!
