This 30 minute workout was the definition of efficient - we really covered it ALL! Lots of booty, abs, arms, even some cardio at the end to really heat things up no matter where you are. The tropical house vibes with the Miami backdrop are just chefs kiss - let us know what you think in the comments but we know this will be a fan fav! Mostly all low impact, and the small jumping at the end can be modified easily.
