Equipment needed: light weights & medium weights.
This 30 minute full body workout is definitely a challenge, but the vibe is STRONG and the energy is HIGH! You will use your light and medium weights throughout every sequence to sculpt and strengthen your entire body while keeping your heart rate up throughout. Definitely a real sweat - but mostly low impact with a little bit of jumping which can be modified.
